Plan was to tag 6 peaks, but the weather had other ideas. The two mountains to the south will have to wait. The route does go ridge direct, but the section between Carson and Tundra Top has some lose scrambling that Ozzy Dog was not enjoying, so we descended to the Colorado Trail and then up the south slopes of Tundra Top to tag the summit. The road to Carson Pass is in surprisingly good shape (contrary to some of the reports we had read) and is no issue for any 4WD vehicle.
